At Suklambhara, we strive to offer you the finest quality products. However, if you encounter any manufacturing defect or receive an incorrect item, we are here to facilitate your exchange or return request.

We offer a hassle-free 10-days (from the date of delivery) return and exchange for products bought at MRP.
Only exchange (same or higher value of any product) requests will be accepted for products bought at sales or at discounted prices. Garage products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Request: Please submit your exchange or return request within 48 hours of receiving your package by initiating it from your “Orders” in your Suklambhara “My account” dashboard or sending an email to support@suklambhara.in Once we acknowledge your request, it will be picked up from your location. Please share an image or video highlighting your concern. For all such queries, please write to us at support@suklambhara.in

Return Condition: Products should be returned in their original, unused condition with all bills and tags intact, packed in the original packaging. Items will be considered for store credit/ return/ exchange only if it is unused, unaltered and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Steps for Exchange:
Initiate your exchange request from your orders in “My account” dashboard or write an email to support@suklambhara.in
Upon acknowledgement, your package shall be picked up from your location, and the amount shall be credited in your Suklambhara account wallet.

Exchange Options: You can opt for an alternate product of equal, lower, or higher value. If the alternative product’s value is higher, you’ll be required to pay only the difference. Should the value be lower, the remaining amount will stay in your Suklambhara account wallet. If you can’t find an immediate alternative, your amount shall remain in your account wallet. This wallet credit shall be used automatically for any of your future purchase orders. The wallet credit should be used within 30 days from the date of issue.

Return Options For the products eligible for returns, the refund is initiated on the receipt of the product at the store in good condition. For prepaid orders the refund to the source account is initiated, which takes around 15 days to credit.
For COD orders, you will receive a refund in your account wallet, that can be utilized for any future store purchase within 3 months.

Exceptions:
Any customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Return or Exchange requests cannot be initiated for any COD orders, until the delivery of the product. Please note that customers will be responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the exchanged items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
