At Suklambhara, we strive to offer you the finest quality products. However, if you encounter any manufacturing defect or receive an incorrect item, we are here to facilitate your exchange request. Garage products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Request: Please submit your exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your package by sending an email to contact@suklambhara.in Once we acknowledge your request, kindly send back the product within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Return Condition: Products should be returned in their original, unused condition with all bills and tags intact, packed in the original packaging. Items will be considered for store credit/exchange only if it is unused, unaltered and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Steps for Exchange:
Send your exchange request to contact@suklambhara.in
Upon acknowledgement, mail your item in its original packaging to: Suklambhara, 001, Krishna 4C, Omaxe Eternity, Vrindavan, Distt Mathura, State UP, PIN 281121

Exchange Options: You can opt for an alternate product of equal, lower, or higher value. If the alternative product’s value is higher, you’ll be required to pay the difference. Should the value be lower, we will issue a credit note for the remaining balance.
Credit Note: If you can’t find an immediate alternative, we will issue a credit note equivalent to the exchanged item’s value. This note can be used for future purchases within 30 days from the issue date.

Exceptions:
Any customized orders are not eligible for exchange.
We regret that order cancellations are not permitted. However, you can exchange products as per our policy.
Please note that customers will be responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the exchanged items.
